About Us
Honoring Ancient Wisdom, Embracing Modern Life
We believe yoga is more than exercise—it's a complete system for physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.
Our Story
Where Tradition Meets Transformation
Namho Yogis started in 2020. The idea was simple — authentic Indian yoga shouldn't require living near the right studio. Since then, we've taught students across the United States, live, through every major time zone.
The training goes back further than the company does. Before any of this, we lived in Rishikesh, immersed in traditional yogic principles under teachers who'd spent decades refining their own practice. That foundation hasn't changed, even though the delivery has.
Before Namho Yogis existed, we taught personal sessions in Mumbai and worked with students as far away as China and Indonesia. Different bodies, different fitness levels, completely different ways of learning — that range is exactly why our classes work for a first-timer and a five-year practitioner in the same session.
Our teaching blends three traditions: the grounding of Hatha, the movement of Vinyasa, and the discipline and breathwork of Ashtanga. Every class is built around mobility, strength, and posture, but it starts from wherever the student actually is, not where a syllabus assumes they should be.
Yoga, to us, isn't a workout. It's a practice you keep coming back to. Whether you're brand new or years in, the goal is the same — steady progress, at your pace, no matter which US time zone you're joining from.
